Unfortunately we have discovered a few things the public should be aware of concerning this candidate and her husband Codie Allen Hill.
Hill has a history of financial issues in the courts as well as her husband as recently as this year, 2025. We question her ability to be financially responsible with city funds. Codie Hill has an assault and DUI charge over 15 years old.
THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES – financial conflicts with the city may be an issue. We have reached out to her for comment regarding these issues . If you are reading this it means Hill has chosen not to respond.

Hoiland and her best friend, Nicole Marie Orlando, who resides with her have both passed DHS background checks recently as part of Hoiland’s foster/adoption efforts.
